ABC/Lou RoccoIt seems like forever since we’ve heard any pop music from Tori Kelly — her most recent hit is the country duet “Take Back Home Girl” with singer Chris Lane. But now, Tori has revealed that she’s coming back with “a LOT” of new music.
In a lengthy post on her social media, Tori writes, “I know I’ve been laying low for a while and some very exciting things have happened in my life. The crazy thing about songwriting is you gotta live a little in order to have experiences to write about, and you guys have been so patient with me…which I appreciate.”
She then goes on to say that she misses her fans and performing, adding that she’s excited to “reveal what’s in my heart.”
“I couldn’t be more hyped to be writing this right now,” Tori continues. “I’ve been working on a lot of new music….(a LOT)…and the first project I’m eager to share is something I’m super passionate about and have always wanted to do. I cannot wait for you to hear it.”
Unfortunately, Tori didn’t give us any details about what this project is, or when we can hear it — but stay tuned.
