Pink wants to escape reality on new track "Can We Pretend," featuring Cash Cash

RCA RecordsPink just wants to escape reality for a bit on her new track, “Can We Pretend.”

The latest track from her upcoming album Hurts 2B Human features electronic group Cash Cash. Pink and the group co-wrote the song along with Ryan Tedder.

In the lyrics, she sings about wanting to go back to a more carefree time.

“So can we pretend/That I’m 22 today/Dancin’ on the tables with you/Can we pretend/That we all end up okay/I just wanna forget with you,” she sings.

She goes on to sing about pretending “that we both like the president” and “that I really like your shoes.”

“Can We Pretend” follows previous releases “Walk Me Home” and “Hustle.” Hurts 2B Human comes out April 26.
