Not cool that you said all that: Despite rumors, Taylor Swift and Adele are not collaborating

Based on a single report on a website called Hollywood Pipeline, numerous media outlets on Tuesday reported that Adele and Taylor were recording together, because both have been seen in New York City recording studios lately. The website claimed that Adele had spent a couple of evenings at Taylor’s apartment, and even had recording equipment sent there.

However, a source close to Taylor tells the Gossip Cop website that the report is “not true,” adding that Adele didn’t go to Taylor’s place, and didn’t send recording equipment there either. So, while Taylor and Adele are working on new music, they’re not doing it together.

Adele’s last release was 2015’s album 25. Taylor’s Reputation album came out in 2017.
