On Monday, she visited the Mercy James Institute for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care at the Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre. The center is named after her adopted daughter, Mercy James, and was funded by her charity Raising Malawi.

Madonna posted photos of the visit on Instagram, including one group shot with all of her six children: her biological kids Lourdes and Rocco, and Malawian adopted children David Banda, Mercy James and twins Estere and Stella.

According to USA Today, Madonna is considering a new project in Malawi. She’s reportedly thinking of establishing a soccer academy, inspired by her son David’s love of the sport.
