According to Page Six, Hotels.com has noticed Justin’s love for hotel slippers. Not only is he often photographed wearing them — including a $1500 mink pair by Louis Vuitton — but he even sells his own brand of hotel slippers under his clothing line, House of Drew.
That’s why Hotels.com has now gotten March 1 officially declared National Hotel Slipper Day. It’s even been registered in the National Day Archives.
According to Page Six, Hotels.com said it’s established the day for Justin “to thank him for his passion over the years for rocking hotel slippers in any capacity and giving them a platform to shine.”
The National Day Archives says that the new holiday “celebrates all the best parts of hotel life. From room service to, of course, the oddly luxurious slippers, National Hotel Slipper Day will set aside a day for this to be recognized by all.”
Meanwhile, the website says that Hotels.com will mark the holiday by “bringing hotel slippers to those who already love them, or those who have yet to discover their affinity for the footwear.”
