Ryan McGinleyOn Father’s Day, fans witnessed the love two pop superstars have for their children in different ways.
Justin Timberlake marked the holiday by penning an essay on Instagram about fatherhood next to a photo of himself holding his son, Silas. “The last 3 years of my life have brought more joy than I could ever imagine. Being a father is such a trip… an amazing discovery every day,” Justin writes.
JT continues, “My son: it is my honor to be your Daddy. You make me feel a love that I didn’t know existed. I will ALWAYS be there… to pick you up when you fall, to lift you up when you are ready to soar, and to remind you that your humility will be your guide through this thing called life.”
Justin concludes, “And to all the Dads out there: Keep on keeping on! Our children are watching and listening more than we know! I’m celebrating you all today! Happy Father’s Day! Cheers!”
Meanwhile Adam Levine‘s wife, Behati Prinsloo, gave fans a look at the joy Adam gets from his children by posting a photo of the Maroon 5 frontman holding their new baby daughter, Gio. It’s our first look at the little one’s face as a shirtless Adam cradles her and smiles.
“My first baby holding OUR second baby…..Our girls are so lucky to call you dad and I’m so lucky to have you as a husband a lover and a friend. We love you. Life is better with you,” Behati wrote.
Behanti added, “To my dad, thank you for being the best example to show me what i would want in a husband and father one day, the way you look at mom is the way Adam looks at me.”
