Dennis LeupoldFifth Harmony’s Dinah Jane is finally giving us a taste of her solo music.

The singer has released her first solo single, the R&B-influenced “Bottled Up,” featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Marc E. Bassy. The tune reunites her with Ty, who previously collaborated on Fifth Harmony’s “Work from Home.”

“’Bottled Up’ is so honest,” Dinah says of the song. “It’s something we all can relate to. It was a dream to get both Ty and Marc on the record. I’m a huge fan!”

She adds, “I’ve been holding on to this record for about a year now. It’s been hard to keep quiet all this time but we had to make sure to do it right. There’s no rushing to this, even if your patience is always being tested.”

Dinah plans to roll out more solo music by the end of this year.

Meanwhile, Dinah’s former Fifth Harmony group mate, Camila Cabello, has released a live version of “Havana” to celebrate reaching more than one billion streams on Spotify. The live version of the track was recorded June 6 at London’s O2 Academy Brixton during Camila’s Never Be the Same Tour.
